Dr Michel Chagnon is a medical specialist with certification in general surgery. Currently, he practises almost exclusively in cosmetic surgery. He provides high-quality, personalized services, with utmost safety.
Dr Chagnon has over 25 years of experience as a surgeon, including 14 years as a cosmetic surgeon. He has obtained the required training and certification, recognized by the Quebec College of Physicians, to perform cosmetic surgery.
Since 2001, it has carried out thousands of procedures, including breast lift, abdominoplasty, liposuction, and body lift.
Earlier in his career, he performed surgery in hospital settings and worked for eight years as a clinical professor at the faculty of medicine at Université de Sherbrooke.
He also possesses extensive administrative experience, including as head of general surgery at Centre hospitalier universitaire de Sherbrooke, member of the Examining Board of the Royal College of Surgeons for general surgery, and President of Association des chirurgiens généraux du Québec.
Dr Chagnon is a graduate of Université de Sherbrooke. Along with his medical degree, he has earned a Bachelor in Cell Physiology and a Master in Pharmacology. He specialized for five years in general surgery.
He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada as well as a member of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery and the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery.
